I like both versions but this one a bit more than the other one. Pretty face and I like the hair with the different shades and highlights!
If you allow me to, I would just point at one thing where you could improve: there is one semi-transparent strand of hair before her left eye. To make the painting more realistic and add more depth, you could paint it completely brown, hiding part of her eye (as hair would do in real life) and making her look more mysterious. Otherwise, a lovely portrait
This change has unleashed some lines and vectors here, its simply stunning. A filigree necklace a shining stone, a delicate dress, and waiving hair one sees every bit of it and eyes that sparkle. Very life-like and with a poetry of its own.
A breeze blowing gently, holding the tender petals in its hands,
opal eyes, filled with the rainbow, a lake deep with every corner hidden from our sight.
